Description
The new GND saddle from Selle San Marco has been meticulously designed and engineered to strike the perfect balance between pressure relief and support zones. Its wider and softer front section sets it apart from other saddles in the collection, providing exceptional comfort even in aggressive riding positions, such as uphill climbs. The thoughtful design, ergonomic features, and generous rear saddle width ensure optimal support for cyclists, even during less intense pedaling moments.
The GND saddle is particularly well-suited for off-road cycling, thanks to its open-shell structure that relieves pressure and its full-fit (no hole) padding that prevents mud from soiling cycling bibs. Dual-density padding optimizes support zones at the front and rear, while two "shock-absorber" inserts reduce vibrations transmitted from the bike to the rider, especially on rugged off-road terrains.
The GND saddle is covered with a double material composition: durable "microfeel" for the support zones and reinforced "woven" areas on the sides to ensure maximum resistance against abrasion and scratching.

MANGANESE RAILS
The GND saddle features manganese rails that enhance the frame's durability and resistance to shocks. This type of rail is employed in our Dynamic level saddles.
CARBON FIBER REINFORCED SHELL
The shell is constructed from nylon with a high proportion of long carbon fiber, reinforcing its rigidity, stiffness, and durability without compromising weight. The open shell design is supplemented with additional foam support to prevent dirt or mud from penetrating the saddle.
BIOFOAM
The biodynamic structure of the Biofoam padding follows the pelvic movements during pedaling, ensuring comfort, reduced weight, long-lasting durability, and optimal support. The surface with "closed cells" repels water, preserving the padding's performance in wet conditions.
MICROFEEL COVER
The Microfeel cover is breathable, resistant to wear, lighter than traditional materials, and less prone to deformity. It offers an anti-skid effect and exceptional grip on the saddle. Additionally, the material is biocompatible.
SHOCK ABSORBER INSERTS
Integrated elastomer technology provides additional comfort and support, enhancing the overall riding experience.
